Returned Goods Policy
Eligibility
In order for an item to be considered for return the following criteria applies:
claim must be initiated no more than fifteen (15) calendar days since the original delivery.
items are not custom-made, made to order, or uniquely branded with corporate branding.
items must be in original packaging, unmarked, undamaged, and in salable condition.
original sales order, quotation or any other sales-related documentation do not indicate that items are a clearance price, custom order or a final sale
International Safety reserves the right to refuse any returned goods requests at its sole discretion.
International Safety does not refund the shipping unless we are at fault.
Process
To initiate a return, please fill out the Returned Merchandise Authorization Form - found under the "Order Contents" section of the order page.
Refused orders
Orders that have been shipped to customers who refuse an order or who fail to pick-up an order from a depot resulting in goods being returned to International Safety will be charged an administration fee. This fee may be up to 25% of the original dollar value (inclusive of sales tax) and will be levied solely at the discretion of International Safety Management.

Exceptions
Surge demand items and pandemic-related items are not returnable, cancellable, or refundable.
Surge demand items are defined as items that are purchased in response to an act of God, action or failure to act of any government or governmental board, commission, department, bureau or authority, confiscation, war, blockade, insurrection, invasion, quarantine restrictions, riot, sabotage, acts of the public enemy, flood, fire, explosion, epidemic, pandemic, landslide, lightning, earthquake, storm, accident, strike, lockout, work slowdown, work stoppage, differences with workers, embargo, power failure or shortage and any delay or failure of supplies, equipment, labour or transportation.
Pandemic-related items are products that are in high demand in relation to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic such as respiratory protective equipment, medical gloves, gowns, clothing, face shields, disinfectants, and sanitizers.
International Safety reserves the right to refuse returns on items that can be considered contaminated or open packages.
