Overview

Draeger Air Filtration Panels provide Grade “D” breathing air to workers using supplied air respirators in hazardous environments. These panels are designed to connect to a plant or mobile compressor and filter particles, water vapor, oils, and odors. All Air Filtration Panels include a built-in CO monitor to ensure that the air is continually meeting grade “D” standards.

Features

The Draeger Safety Air Filtration Systems are designed to provide Grade D breathing air to workers with supplied air respirators in hazardous or IDLH atmospheres. Capable of supplying 50 cfm or 100 cfm of continuous positive pressure air, the filtration systems use plant or mobile compressors as the primary air supply. The three stage filtering system effectively removes solid particles, moisture, hydrocarbon vapors and odor from the air source. To meet federal, state and local regulations, a carbon monoxide monitor continuously checks CO levels. NIOSH Approved for use with up to 300 feet of hose with Drarger Supplied Air Respirators (SAR).

Features:

Visual alarms indicate low battery, high CO levels and normal operation
Continuous CO level display permits constant monitoring
CO monitor has internal RFI/EMI filters built into the circuitry to eliminate radio interference
Pressure gauge locks to prevent accidental pressure change
Pressure differential indicator on each filter serves as end of filter indicators
Audible alarm sounds at 120 dbA. Remote alarm connection included.
Rugged pelican case or aluminum panel withstands the harshest environments
Panel with no heavy metal components available for azide environments
Auxiliary battery supply provides back-up in the case of power loss
