The importance of a spill kit cannot be emphasised enough. Having the correct absorbents close at hand, in the right quantity and container is key to any successful spill recovery outcome. ESP spill kits are used throughout the world in a host of different situations which in itself speaks volumes! A range of small to medium size spill kits that feature tough, durable yet lightweight material containers that are easy to store and also take to the site of a spill at a moments notice.

Features

Zip-top clear plastic bag
This ESP entry level sized spill kit is contained in a clear plastic bag with a zip.
The zip means that the clear plastic container can be repeatedly refilled and simply zipped shut.
The spill kit is light in weight and easy to store in a small space.
Stash them easily behind truck seats or in the toolbox.
Great for indoor or outdoor use at construction sites or in off-road applications.

Spill kit’s contents include:

10 x Pads size 40 cm x 46 cm (16” x 18”)
The pads in this spill kit are medium weight Coldform2™ and feature recycled and renewable sourced natural fibres.
A spun-bond lamination is added for extra strength.
These pads will recover both oil and water-based fluids.
3 x Socks size 8 cm x 1.2 m (3” x 4’)
These socks feature a spun-bond outer sleeve with a durable heat sealed seam.
This tube is then filled with a next generation super absorbent flake core and sealed with a durable metal clip.
1 x Waste Bag
These are made from a tough grade of polythene.
A cable tie is also supplied so that the waste can be secured safely.
1 pair of gloves
Waterproof gloves help to ensure safe handling of spilled substance.

Application

This spill kits feature a combination of pads and socks that will contain and recover a 20 litre spill of oil-based and water-based fluid as well as the basic equipment needed to handle the clean up process.
